Police investigate fatal car crash
Police are investigating after a Yorktown resident died yesterday in a car accident on Magruder Boulevard.
Police say at 5:22 a.m. on Dec. 21, they responded to a fatal, two-vehicle crash on Magruder Boulevard at Hampton Roads Center Parkway.
Medics called to the site pronounced 22-year-old Yorktown resident, William Bradley Hicks, of the 100 block of Taurus Court, dead at the scene, according to a Hampton Police Division news release.
Hicks, who was driving an Acura Integra, was hit and killed by a Chevy Silverado attempting a left turn at the intersection of Hampton Roads Center Parkway, investigators reported.
