Bethel grad Dunn contributes to Virginia Wesleyan College victory
Bethel High School graduate Jashaun Dunn played for Virginia Wesleyan College in a 73-67 win at home against conference opponent Roanoke College on Nov. 28 at The Batten Center in Virginia Beach, according to Virginia Wesleyan College's website.
The freshman helped the Marlins improve to 4-0 on the season and 1-0 in the ODAC.
Dunn is a freshman basketball player for Virginia Wesleyan College. He is a 2012 graduate of Bethel High School in Hampton, where he was honorable mention All-Peninsula District as a senior. He averaged 10 points and 12 rebounds per game. The interdivisional studies major is from Hampton and is the son of Jarrett Banks and Yulanda Dunn.
